Three Easy Ways to Fundraise for TeWinkle:
Download the Communities for Cause app on your smart phone & designate TeWinkle Middle School PTA. There are thousands of businesses signed up to donate. Simply shop at a particular business, upload a picture of your receipt via the smart phone app and they donate to TeWinkle. There is also an online shopping site.
Create an account on the ESCRIP website with your credit/debit and store cards. Then select Charles W TeWinkle School as your preferred school. When you shop online, in store, and at select restaurants with your registered card, ESCRIP retailers will donate a percentage back to our school.
Simply make a purchase at Office Depot/Office Max of qualifying school supplies, provide your school ID#70007120 at check out and our school receives 5% in credits for FREE supplies.

Honorary Service Awards are awarded each year and designed as a unique way for PTA to publicly acknowledge both individuals and organizations for outstanding community service to children and youth in a community. Recipients receive a certificate, a HSA pin, and a donation in their honor made to the California State PTA scholarship and grant programs. Recipients are publicly recognized and are invited to the Harbor Council PTA luncheon in May.
TeWinkle PTA is proud to participate in the PTA’s National Reflections Art Program. This national art program has brought the arts to life for more than 10 million students since 1969 and TeWinkle students are invited to be a part of this program each year.
Artworks are submitted first to TeWinkle PTA, where they are first recognized, celebrated and judged. TeWinkle PTA judges will then choose a selection of entries to be judged by council PTA and then Fourth district for consideration. The final artworks submitted to California State PTA by districts are then considered for Awards of Excellence or Awards of Merit. Award of Excellence entries then go on to represent California in the final National PTA judging round.
Is your TeWinkle student interested? Here is a list of easy steps to join the fun!
1.) Pick an art category.
2.) Print the attached "entry form” or stop by the TeWinkle front office to pick up a copy of the entry form.
3.) Visit the CA STATE PTA website to see official general rules and category specific rules or stop by the TeWinkle front office to pick up a copy.
4.) Complete your art work of choice.
5.) Submit art work with entry form no later than OCTOBER, 20 to the TeWinkle front office.
