The Yearbook staff creates the annual yearbook. Seventh and eighth grade students are invited to be on the staff working with an advisor. Meetings are held after school. Listen to announcements for days and times of Yearbook Staff meetings. Yearbooks are sold early in the year and distributed in June.


Girls' Incorporated will be offering drop-in lunchtime and after school programs for girls interested in talking or needing some time to themselves. A range of programs from leadership training, positive peer relationships, and positive self-image are offered in an effort to develop strong self-esteem.



The AVID Club is for students in the AVID program. The club meets regularly and provides a basis for the AVID program to fundraise, and discuss positive activities for students to get involved. AVID will sponsor College/Career Day as well as provide field trips to local colleges, universities, and businesses.



Counseling for students is available everyday during school business hours. The school counselor will meet with students individually, in small groups, and arrange for teacher, parent, and student conferences. If necessary, the counselor may involve students in conflict management trainings. The counselor is available to assist with schedule and class issues as well as provide resources for outside agency referrals.
